Nihongo Pass is run by one person: a Japanese teacher with JLPT N1 who also builds the app. Mail comes to me directly, so please write in English or Japanese and be as specific as you can.
I read every message. Replies are not automated, so allow a few days. I teach as well as run the site, and I would rather answer properly than quickly.
What to include
A question in a lesson or mock exam looks wrong
Send the level, the section, and the question text if you can. I check reported questions myself and fix the data, so a rough description is enough โ you do not need a screenshot.
Something on the site is broken
Tell me what you were doing and what happened. If you can, include the page address and whether you were on a phone or a computer. That is usually all I need to reproduce it.
Your account, Pro plan, or payment
Write from the email address you signed up with. That lets me find your account without asking you for anything else.
Privacy and your data
You can ask what data is held about you, or ask for it to be deleted. See the Privacy Policy for what is collected and why.
Before you write
Two things get asked often enough to answer here. Scores: every JLPT level is out of 180, and you have to clear a minimum in each scored section as well as the overall pass mark โ the scoring guide has the numbers for all five levels. Applying: dates, fees and portals differ by country, so check how to register first. I cannot register you for the exam. That is always done through the official body in your country.
